Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days free for new accounts, up to 5 users, all modules. No card required to register.
How do I pay?
During early access, paid plans are activated manually by invoice or email. When online checkout is enabled, you can subscribe securely by card after your trial. See pricing.
Does Kiteline replace my HACCP plan?
No. Kiteline supports your records but you remain legally responsible for food safety at your site. See SafeServe.
Do I need temperature sensors?
No — start with manual logging in the app. Sensors are optional through our hardware pilot.
What about SMS alerts?
Email alerts are available when configured. SMS alerts are planned for the pilot and will only be offered when tested and confirmed.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — no long contract during early access. See refund & cancellation policy.
