About Kiteline Academy

Practical digital skills for real people — beginners, workers, students and small business owners.

I built Kiteline Academy because many people want to learn AI and coding but feel left behind by jargon-heavy courses. This platform is beginner-friendly: short lessons, real practice, and honest progress tracking.

Founded by Shyam Prasad, Kiteline Academy helps students, workers and small business owners use AI tools, build basic websites, and grow digital confidence step by step — from phone, tablet or computer.

We are still growing the full course library. What is live today is real: five free starter courses (101 lessons), five Pro courses (45 lessons), a working lesson player, student accounts, and certificates for completed courses.

Kiteline Academy is a separate online learning product from Kiteline kitchen software.

Do I need coding experience?

No. Beginner courses start from zero. We explain every step in plain language.

Can I learn from mobile?

Yes. Lessons and the student dashboard are mobile-friendly. Code Lab works best on a laptop or tablet.

Do I get a certificate?

Yes — after completing all lessons and quizzes in a course. Certificates show completion only; they are not formal accredited qualifications unless clearly stated.

How do payments work?

Create a free account first. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. If online checkout is not yet available for your plan, use Request enrolment and we will email you payment and access details. Questions? Email contact@kiteline.uk. See our refund policy.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Monthly Starter and Pro plans can be cancelled anytime before your next billing date from your student dashboard Billing tab. See our refund policy.

What is your refund policy?

Digital content access starts immediately. UK consumers may lose the 14-day cancellation right once streaming begins — you confirm this at checkout. See refunds.html for full details.

Is there a minimum age?

Accounts are for learners aged 13+. Under-18s should have a parent or guardian’s permission.

I forgot my password or cannot sign in

Use Forgot password? on the sign-in form and we will email you a secure reset link. If no email arrives, check spam/junk, then try Resend verification — or email contact@kiteline.uk from your registered address.

How do I delete my account?

Email contact@kiteline.uk from your registered address and we will delete your account and personal data within 30 days.

Are payments secure?

Yes. Card payments are processed through Stripe. We never store your full card number.

Do you use analytics cookies?

We use essential session and language cookies only. If we add analytics or marketing cookies later, we will show a cookie choice banner. See cookie policy.
