Kiteline Academy is operated in the UK by Shyam Prasad. This policy uses the same plan names as our pricing page: Free, Starter (£9.99/month), Pro Student (£19.99/month) and Annual Bundle (£99, one-time).
No payment is taken, so no refunds apply. You can delete your account at any time by emailing us from your registered address.
Access lasts one month and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime before your next billing date from your student dashboard Billing tab, or by emailing us. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period, then stops. We do not refund partial months unless required by law.
Includes 12 months access to all beginner courses from the purchase date, plus certificates for completed courses. It does not renew automatically. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if fewer than 2 course modules have been completed.
Because our courses are digital content with immediate access, you are asked at checkout to confirm that access begins straight away and that you may lose the 14-day cooling-off cancellation right once you start streaming lessons. This does not affect your other statutory rights, including where content is faulty or not as described.
